DeYoung Consulting Services is certified as a minority-owned business by the Midwest Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC). We were awarded the 2010 Supplier of the Year Award by MMSDC for sales growth, quality services and commitment to community. We are a specialized consulting company providing training, organizational development, evaluation, and outreach and communications services since 1996. We work with educational, nonprofit, corporate and public institutions to ensure that they achieve their outcomes.

Mary Karlsson

Mary Karlsson helps leaders develop strategy, improve culture and engage employees. Using her background in facilitation, organizational culture and evaluation and her expertise in qualitative research and analysis, she helps organizations align strategy, culture and systems. Mary has a Master of Education in human resource and organizational development as well as over 15 years of experience managing operations in the business and public arenas.

Laura Yoshitani

Laura Yoshitani draws from 20 years of experience in organizational development and human resources within healthcare, government, nonprofits and other industries. Her areas of specialty include work processes, job design and organization structures; leadership development; performance management systems; team building; and formal and informal training.
